Random E-Walk Frequently Asked Questions

  Here we have compiled a list of the most asked questions about Random E-Walk. If you cannot find your question here, or are still having difficulty, please submit a ticket so we may assist you further.

 

1.)    I have purchased my classes, now when will I be able to access them?

Please allow up to one business day (for purchases made on the week days prior to 5 PM EST) or the following Monday (for purchases made after 5 PM EST on Fridays) for courses to be added to your account. If you have not registered for your account, then you will receive an email with your username and password from Random Walk.

2.)    Can I change my password?

 

Yes you can! If you need to changed your password, click on the “My Account” tab. Then click on “My Profile” and this will guide you to your account details, allowing you to set a new password.

 

3.)    Why am I unable to watch lessons again that I have already viewed?

 

If you are using the Safari browser, we have found that it does not agree with some aspects of the Learning Management System website. A quick fix would be to download Mozilla Firefox web browser (both compatible for Mac and PC users).

 

4.)    Do I have to watch each part consecutively or may I skip around in a lesson?

Unfortunately, you do have to watch each clip consecutively. However, you can click through the clips to get to the next clip. Once clips have been viewed, it is easy to navigate back and forth between clips.

5.)    If I have participated in a Webinar in the past, but unsure of which courses these would include what do I do?

 

If you have been a webinar participant and are unsure of which courses your Webinar series may have included, please contact our office at admin@randomwalktrading.com and we will be more than happy to assist you.

 

6.)    How does the level system work?

If you are just beginning your options education, we recommend you begin with Level 1 courses (100 level). For those students that have been taking classes for a little while, and perhaps are trading a little bit, or if you find the Level 1 courses too basic then we recommend Level 2 courses (200 level). For students that are actively trading, perhaps have taken several courses, and feel that the Level 2 courses are too basic we recommend you begin at the Level 3 courses (300 level).

7.)    How long do I have access to the courses I have enrolled in?

 

You will have six (6) months from time of purchase to watch, and rewatch all the videos in your lesson.

 

8.)    What if I wish to purchase more than 8 courses at a time?

 

Please contact Random Walk for large purchases of courses at admin@randomwalktrading.com. In the email please note which courses you wish to purchase, and a telephone number for a Random E-Walk representative to contact you. If you are an international customer, please let us know and we will be more than happy to assist you in these purchases.

 

9.)    If I purchase a Webinar package, what are the additional items that I can purchase for $50.00?

 

If you purchase a Webinar package, you can choose to add on for $50.00 the Webinar book and a book of the emailed paper trades from that Webinar. This will be shipped via USPS, and if you choose to purchase please contact admin@randomwalktrading.com for a quote on shipping.

10.)  Are the lessons and Webinars prerecorded?

 

Yes, all the lessons and webinars have been prerecorded. If you have questions during your lesson, or webinar, please feel free to post them to the discussion board where students and Random Walk staff can discuss them with you.

11.)  Where did my courses go after I finished watching them?

 

Once you have completed watching a course it will then move to the “Completed” tab in your “My Account” page. These courses are still able to be rewatched, and can be until six months from purchase.

 

12.)  If I am still having trouble with the website, what else can I do?

 

If you find yourself still having trouble with our website you can simply submit a ticket to our IT Department. Go to the tab on our main page called, “Get Help” and click on “Submit Ticket”. Please be sure to address which department, your name, email, and the subject of your question in the ticket so we can be sure to connect you to the right individual that may assist you.

 

13.)  I purchased a textbook recently, do you have any courses that would be supplemental with this material?

 

If you are interested in supplementing your Random Walk textbook, please contact us at admin@randomwalktrading.com with the subject line, “Textbook Syllabus” and be sure to mention which textbook syllabus you wish to receive. These are simply recommend courses offered on Random E-Walk that we feel would give examples of some of the material covered in the books. To purchase a textbook does not mean you have to purchase the courses suggested on the syllabus. If you choose to purchase these courses as a bundle, please contact us and we will be more than happy to assist you.
